Instructions for lining it up:
Turn on Subtitles (if you want)
Listen to the first song and familiarize yourself with where the smack is (around 12 seconds in)
That hit should line up with the fist bump

Play the episode on the streaming site through the theme song just until the frame where Finn and Jake begin to fist bump and the song begins.

With the movie paused at that frame, start the album and go back to the video and press play right on the hit from the album. The rest of the episode should be in sync at that point.

This won't work playing the song off of Bandcamp because it can't do gapless playback. So you can either buy the album :) or play it on a streaming site. Make sure that in whatever player you use, Gapless playback is on and crossfading between songs is off.
